I started working on the project "Home" after my return to Israel.

It is a third time in my life I've moved a country, this time I'm a mother with my own family. My husband and I started a process of searching for a new home - a place to settle, build our lifein and raise our family.

Home is such a little word, but it holds in it so much meaning: much more than 4 walls. A home is warmth, family, belonging, a shelter, a place to feel safe and secure and free, to feel protected and peaceful, to be yourself.

I started wondering to what level the home we choose and create for ourselves truly represents us, who we are or who we aspire to be, what does it says about us, what does it show from us to the outside?

Does our personality and inner world is really expressed in this place we call Home?

The sitters are partly family members and partly people I happened to meet, who opened their home for me and  in doing so let me have a glance into their inner world.

The project was exhibited as part of a group exhibition in Jaffa Port on February 2014
